WELCOME TO THE PLAYFUL MIND LAB!

PLAYFUL MIND LAB designs sensor-enabled assessments and interventions that keep people playfully engaged.

Our sensor integration and game design techniques have been applied to a wide array of use cases, all focused on a common goal of improving individual health and well-being.

We understand the value of diversity and embrace it in the work we do. 

As an example, we have led an interdisciplinary collaboration with the University of California, San Diego, and Ubisoft to provide an 8-week internship for neurodivergent individuals supported by the NSF Future of Work program.  Our interns gained professional experience and workplace social skills while making research-based video games in teams.
